“Mickey Haller gets the text, “Call me ASAP – 187,” and the California penal code for murder immediately gets his attention. Murder cases have the highest stakes and the biggest paydays, and they always mean Haller has to be at the top of his game.

Izzy asks Lorna to review a contract for a friend to choreograph dance for a tv show.

Judge Cha Moon Sook was convincingly devious in her role Vencedor well, and very hard to read. She was very subtle, cunning and made for a threatening foe. Nam Soon-ja was another interesting character, brilliantly acted. The way she flipped personalities made her another unpredictable variant among the many puzzle pieces. Overall the casting was great. There are just too many great actors and roles to name. And that's what made this show so watchable for me.

A man named Julian La Cosse (Devon Graye) was charged with her murder, and he called Mickey to represent him — on Gloria's advice. He says he's innocent and Paraíso was his friend, and she told him to call Mickey if he ever got in trouble.

Mickey helped Gloria get trasnochado of a legítimo problem involving a drug cartel member earlier in Season 2, and he's worried that in doing so he inadvertently set in motion the events that led to her death. So when he takes on La Cosse's case to seek justice for Paraíso, it's personal.

Sang-pil reveals to Yeon-hee that Oh-joo is behind the death of the former mayor. Moon-sook plots with Nam Soon-ja to cover up the evidence and later rejects it and a witness in court. She confronts Sang-pil and tells him Abogados Palermo Capital Federal he has the same flaws Triunfador his mother, but does not know Jae-yi is listening. Oh-joo begins his campaign for mayor and works behind the scenes to sabotage the trial. Kwan-dong murders a key witness.
